Just a swinging!

So the weather is warming up and it is that time of year where we are all itching to get outside. It is also that time of year that we start back up on unfinished projects. Which brings me to the super duty swingset. James is wonderdad and built this swingset for the kids a year ago. It is a work in progress however. He decided he would put walls on the deck so they could have a playhouse and it isn't quite finished yet, but at least you can swing and slide. Dakota and Oakley spent some time breaking it in and loved every minute of it. We all enjoyed soaking in the sun! Hopefully we will have it finished soon!

Yellow Sunglasses

Dakota LOVES yellow! She has been wanting sunglasses for awhile too. Anyways James took the kids and went to Basin Sports and Dakota saw these yellow shooting glasses and just had to have them. They are huge on her, but she loves them because they are yellow. It don't think it would matter what it is, as long as it was yellow she would love it. Anyways she wore these all day and thought she was pretty stylin'!

Funny things

So I was feeding Oakley the other night. I knew he was tired and so I was trying to get him fed so I could put him to bed, but I guess I didn't get it done in time because he fell asleep while he was eating. It was so cute...but then I felt like the worlds worst mom for not feeding him sooner. It made me laugh though!

Also Joce has this wierd facination with giving Oakley a mohawk. Everytime I turn around it is standing straight up and then I comb it back down and look away and it is standing straight up again. He does look pretty cute with it...but it looks more funny than cute to me!
